Our maximum strength ice machine cleaner is a highly concentrated organic acid that will remove more scale faster than traditional cleaners without damaging surfaces. Viper™ Max is ideal for use on food equipment since it is odorless, non-fuming and lower in toxicity. This is a strongly acidic cleaner that is biodegradable and environmentally preferred over phosphoric acid. Use 8 oz of cleaner for every 250 - 300 lb of ice production. Add into the sump of a circulating system set in the cleaning mode. Tested to be less corrosive to metals and non-oxidizing to other equipment components.
