Novent Key Style locking caps were specifically designed to protect standard Schrader service valves on A/C units to help prevent leakage or misuse of refrigerant on residential and commercial equipment.

• When installed, the outer casing will rotates around the thread insert, not allowing cap to be removed, an integral torque limiter prevents over tightening
• Novent locking cap have an inner thread insert made of precision machined solid brass
• Outer shells is made of a protective corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum shroud
• Integral neoprene O-ring resists oils and sealants
• Embossed ID labelling prevents refrigerants gas mixing
• Grasp cap, insert keys and turn clockwise until snug
• Place female thread of the Novent cap onto male thread of the Schrader valves and tighten securely be hand using the Novent keys
• Grasp cap, rotates keys counter clockwise and remove keys
• Reverse for removal of cap
