The Buckaroos® insulation saddle is a metal shield formed to a 180 ft arc. It is designed to protect pipe insulations from crushing or other forms of damage at hanger locations. Buckaroos® insulation saddles are designed for use with medium and low compressive strength pipe insulations and on vapor barrier-type insulations such as fiberglass, urethane, rubber and polyethylene tubing. Each Buckaroos® insulation saddle is individually marked according to the pipe insulation outside diameter. It is recommended that Buckaroos® insulation supports be used in combination with the Buckaroos® insulation saddles to insure the proper support for the pipe insulation system.
